A Letter From Your Future Creative Partner

Manifesto

We don't need more. We need less.

Less noise, less choice for the sake of choice, less corporation and more community. I want you to think of the Amazon rainforest instead of Amazon Prime, and an apple orchard instead of Apple TV.

I grew up in a small town, 75 minutes outside New York City. My core memory is walking to the ice cream store after dinner and being asked, "something else?" My sister and I always said no, because we were content with our order. There was one toy store in town, four or five aisles deep, not forty. When I traveled as a kid, we skipped Main Street for the restaurants owned by the people who actually lived there. We didn't rush from city to city. We stayed in the country and let it teach us something slower.

That's the world I want to help build back.

If you just bought a property and you're dreaming of turning it into a destination in the middle of nowhere. If you're a designer who's been building the bones of your business for years and you're finally ready to become a name people recognize in certain zip codes. If you're flipping fashion on its toes, redefining what sustainability even means for a new generation. If you set up at the farmers market every weekend and you know your product is ready, you just need the world to catch up. If you're a trailblazer, a maker, someone using her hearts and hands and ready to be placed in the rooms where people fall in love with what you've built.

I am your girl. And I'm not only your girl, I'm your creative partner.

I help women with a vision come out and tell their story. I help you integrate who you are right now with who you're becoming, get locked into your vision, and live from a more heart-centered place. Then I go into your brand, your website, your storefront, your Airbnb, wearing your collection myself, as both the observer and the customer, and I find the missing links. I point out what's working and what's missing, and I do it because I care, deeply.

I want to be your creative partner in giving more to this world than you take from it, and helping you receive everything that giving deserves in return: the recognition, the customers, the relationships, the story your brand deserves to be known by.

Because people don't buy brands, they buy stories. Ferrari isn't tires and horsepower, it's the race car driver. Jeep isn't an engine, it's the open road. I want the world to see your story clearly enough that they start to see themselves in it too.

So here's what I'm asking. Take the leash off. Let your business run free the way you first imagined it. Stand in front of a mirror and imagine your own wings behind you.

Ask yourself why you started. Not the easy answer, the real one, the one that gets you out of bed. Find that why, and let it become someone else's why too.

That's what I'm here for. Not to write your history, but to help you write your Herstory.

Because no matter where you go, there you are. So you might as well put your best foot forward and take the next step, or leap, toward your future.

If you're ready to start, book a clarity call with me. We'll have a candid conversation over cacao, ceremonial matcha, a Ryze coffee, or a double espresso, whatever you're into. I'm here for it.

With love,
Your future creative partner,
Valerie Jana
